Today has been a very funky day! The weather was yuckie, Pablo ate my roses, and I have been in a wierd mood. I decided to make my favorite cake to cheer me up. I made my pineapple upside down cake like I have many times before, prepared some coffee, cozied up on the couch with my hubby, and waited. When the timer went off I ran to the kitchen and flipped over the cake onto my cake stand...
And this is what it looked like!
Where did the freaking pineapple rings go? I give up... I'm going to sleep and hope tomorrow is better.
